Papworth Everard is close to St Neots and Huntingdon Railway Stations, offering regular services to London and Peterborough on the East Coast Mainline. Services from St Neots are operated by First Capital Connect, and you can find the latest timetables here.
Papworth has several bus services to St. Ives, Huntingdon, and Cambridge. You can find the latest timetables on Cambridgeshire County Council’s web site here. Also, in early 2009 the new Cambridgeshire Guided Busway is due to be completed, connecting St. Ives to Cambridge via the A14 corridor. Pendragon Community Primary School and the Daisy Children's Centre are both located close to the centre of the village, on Varrier Jones Drive.
Papworth Tennis Club is a very active tennis club, with four courts and full floodlighting located in the centre of the village.
